Impact of two kinds of platform edge door systems on environment of a side-platform station in Tianjin in winter

With the numerical simulation method, establishes the model of automatic sliding door and platform screen door system with vents for the side-platform station, and verifies the accuracy of the model through field testing. Based on the simulation, obtains the temperature field, velocity field, PMV and PPD. Compares the two kinds of door systems, and the results indicate that in the side-platform station, the comfort of platform screen door system with vents is superior to that of automatic sliding door system in the north with longer non-air conditioning season due to the better uniformity of temperature and velocity.
